About me….

Hi, I'm Paul, and my lifelong passion for sports and understanding the human body has shaped my professional journey. With a long history of training and competing in various disciplines – from athletics, weight training, and CrossFit to fencing, racket sports, swimming, cycling, and triathlons – I deeply appreciate the demands we place on our bodies. This personal experience fuels my commitment to helping others recover from injuries effectively, optimise their performance as well as maintaining their bodies for both now and the future. In my spare time, you'll find me enjoying the outdoors, walking my dog, or hiking and camping in Britain's quieter corners, always with an eye on body mechanics and movement. As a qualifed England Athletics coach I also dedicate time to coaching sprinters at Bromley & Blackheath Harriers, further deepening my understanding of athletic function.

I am a member of the ISRM and my professional foundation is built on the Level 5 BTEC qualification in Soft Tissue Therapy from the prestigious London School of Soft Tissue Therapy. This advanced training not only provided me with a comprehensive range of massage techniques, but it profoundly instilled in me a curiosity and capability to understand the human body at a deeper level. Unlike many massage courses, this qualification rigorously covers the assessment and rehabilitation of injuries, ensuring I look beyond superficial symptoms to pinpoint and address root causes.

I'm committed to continuous learning and am currently advancing my expertise through the Bodymaster Method Diploma. This comprehensive program further expands my knowledge beyond soft tissue work, delving into critical areas like the nervous system and spinal mechanics, allowing me to offer even more holistic and effective treatments.

My goal is to combine this deep academic knowledge with my practical understanding of the active body, providing you with tailored, effective soft tissue therapy that truly makes a difference.
